  8. TeeHandler performs a similar function as the UNIX utility
  9. 'tee', that is, it takes a single input stream and outputs
  10. it to several files and the standard output (Shell) at the
  11. same time.  
  12.  
  13. TeeHandler is a DOS Device Handler like PIPE:, AUX:, PRT:,
  14. etc, and is very small (less than 2K).
  15.  
  16. This version is a minor upgrade that fixes a problem with 
  17. buffering.  See the section `HISTORY' in the docs for more 
  18. info.
